We apologize for the lack of new content on the website, the daily life load has increased tenfolds since our last post.

This Christmas there will be a lot of foreigners that will get together to PARTY!!!! celebrate Christmas on the night of the 24th.

There will be a post with different activities that are going around in Jiaojiang (if any) tomorrow. We are always looking for collaborators, if interested drop an email at admin@tzexpat.com or write a comment in the shoutbox!

I’ve noticed that the map of Jiaojiang that I’ve made has reached almost 800 views. I’m glad that so many people find it useful (even if it’s the same person getting lost). If you have any suggestions or additions don’t forget that you can do that easily! Just send an e-mail: admin(at)tzexpat.com, or write a comment, or… edit it yourself on google maps if you have an account!

As you might have heard, Taizhou’s train station has finally opened a couple of weeks ago. It is located near Huangyan, and travelling to it would set you back about 70 RMB by taxi, or you can use the 903 and 904 buses which cost only 3.5 yuan. Traveling now to Shanghai couldn’t be any faster, only 3 hours and 30 minutes versus the dreaded bus ride which takes about 5 hours or more.

As you might have seen, the wall on the website is severely spammed as well as the comments. We’re trying to fix this temporary problem.

With the festivities in China coming to an end, there are few holidays left to celebrate in 2009.

tzexpat has come to a halt these few days, but we’re adding things here and there behind the scenes. If you find anything that you would like to have featured on the website, or would like to post news yourself, please send an e-mail at admin(at)tzexpat.com. Any help is most welcome!
